Just outside the quaint small town of Braselton, Traditions showcases a rolling, tree lined countryside that has been skillfully molded into a championship caliber layout reminiscent of a traditional northeast links course. The course is designed by Mike Dasher, an Arthur Hills protégé. The tees, fairways and roughs feature Bermuda grass, with putting surfaces showcasing Bent grass. The course features 18 – Holes of Championship Golf, spectacular woodlands and bodies of water accentuate the course, which opened in 2005. With five tee placements, Traditions of Braselton offers playability and an enjoyable golf experience, regardless of skill level.
The Canongate concept provides private clubs privileges for a modest entry fee and low monthly dues. Canongate is also known for its unique reciprocity privilege that allows members to play all the courses in the portfolio, which are conveniently located near each other. It’s like joining twenty-four private clubs that feature twenty-seven great courses for the price of one!

| Traditions of Braselton benefits from the protection of a solid Property Owner’s Association and Architect Review Board. The POA is currently run by Sentry Management, Inc. Sentry Management has an ‘onsite office’ here at Traditions and a full time manager, Tom Bessmer, who helps care for and maintain our beautiful community. They have an annual budget meeting that all property owners are welcome to attend as all things from maintenance of the amenities, common area grounds keeping, etc are discussed and approved. While the POA protects and enforces the covenants for all current property owners, the ARB (Architect Review Board) is in place to protect the growth of Traditions by carefully evaluating all future homes that will be built here. Made up of experienced local builders and qualified professional architects, the ARB makes the home building process professional and well supervised. Together, the POA and the ARB help make Traditions of Braselton the best it can be, now and in the future!
